Broad-striped Vontsira (G. fasciata)

At the end of the month, I have a polished drawing of my animal of the month.  I wasn't satisfied with the final drawings of the Broad-striped Vontsira (not posted) so I did a little series here.  They are eastern Madagascar carnivores mistakenly called mongoose.  They are in the same family as fossas.  They are mistaken with another vontsira species in images on-line, so the best place to find accurate photos are by looking up the field researcher Asia Murphy.
